Directions for the anchorages: The bearing, approx 130Β°, of Morondava water tower or light, leads towards the anchorages, then as follows: South anchorage: The alignment (132Β°) of leading beacons (1.75nm SW of Morondava water tower) leads to the S of the anchorage: Front beacon (white, 4m in height). Rear beacon (white pyramid, 13m in height) (0.3nm from the front beacon). North Anchorage: The alignment (129.5Β°) of the leading beacons (white pyramids, each with a black band) (Front beacon 0.5nm NNW of Morondava water tower), situated 0.25nm apart, leads to the N anchorage.
