Skulte (LVSKU)

The port is located in the centre of Latvia transport corridors, near to Riga. Skulte has been developed into a small but busy timber port.

Summer Zone for vessels over 100m in length and Winter Zone for vessels of 100m or less in length. Winter Nov 1 to Mar 31, Summer Apr 1 to Oct 31.

Skulte is located on the eastern shore of the Gulf of Riga, approx 20nm NE of Riga.

LOA 110m, DWT 8000, draught 7.2m.

Approx 819,800t of cargo and 190 vessels handled annually.

Anchorage is available in position 57°18.5'N 024°21.0'E.
