Dulang Marine Terminal (XZDTL)

Dulang Marine Terminal, owned by Petronas Carigali, is located in Dulang field, Block PM305 and comprises FSO 'Puteri Dulang'. Unlike other FPSO's and FSO's in Malaysia, FSO 'Puteri Dulang' was specially designed, based on a barge instead of a tanker. FSO 'Puteri Dulang' was sold to MISC and has been operated by FPSO Ventures. Export vessels moor at the FSO either alongside or in tandem.

The waiting area for tankers is established SW of the FSO. Owing to the depth of water and the nature of the bottom, anchoring within the waiting area is not recommended.

A Mooring Master will board, normally by boat either in the NE part of the waiting area or in a position about 4nm NE of the FSO.

Berthing is carried out in daylight hours only, unberthing can be carried out at any time.
