Tugs can be ordered with a min of 1 hour notice, between 0800-1630hrs Mon to Fri. For weekend services tugs must be ordered by 1630hrs Fri and although the times for tugs so ordered cannot be brought forward, they can, with a min of 4 hours notice, be put back without penalty. Mandatory requirement to submit AQIS report between 48 and 12 hours before arrival, this is necessary if water ballast is to be discharged on the berth as AQIS permission is required before this can be performed.
