Barsebackshamn (SEBBH)

The port is currently closed for commercial operations. Information for the port is retained should the port reopen. Barsebackshamn is a small fishing and yacht harbour consisting of two basins protected by two breakwaters with an entrance 40m in width facing SW. The harbour is subject to silting and therefore controlling depths should be confirmed with the Harbour Authorities. During Jan and Feb it is usually closed due to heavy ice Two quays with a total length of 100m and several pontoons, for berthing yachts, located in both basins. Controlling depths in the harbour range from 3.0m in the outer basin to 1.6m in the inner basin..

Barsebackshamn is situated approx 12nm NW of Malmo.

Directions: The alignment (088°) of leading lights lead through a short channel 25m wide to the entrance of the harbour.
