Hvaler is a group of islands, which lie S and SE of Krakeroy (59°10'N 010° 55'E).This group, which contains 1,200 islands, islets and skerries extends E from a line joining Torbjornskjaer (59°00'N 010°47'E) to Sostrene, 6nm N, and includes Vesteroy (59°06'N 010°53'E) and Kirkoy 4nm SE.
