Portofino (ITPTF)

The port is currently closed for commercial operations. Information for the port is retained should the port reopen. Portofino is a popular tourist resort. The harbour is now used exclusively by yachts. There is deep water off the entrance where cruise ships may anchor. At the head of the harbour, on the NE side, is a public jetty used by small ferry boats and cruise ship tenders.

Portofino on the Riviera de Levante is situated on the W coast of Italy, in the Ligurian Sea approx 20nm SE of Genoa.

Anchorage A is 0.8nm NE of the harbour. Note: There are two wrecks lying within the limits of the anchorage and one lying about 0.2nm S of the anchorage.

The harbour is approached between Punta del Coppo and the coast 0.1nm NW. The entrance is marked by lights. There are depths of 10.0-20.0m at the entrance.
