Antibes (FRANT)

The port is currently closed for commercial operations. Information for the port is retained should the port reopen. Antibes is a large sheltered yacht harbour in St Roc Bay with 1,230 quayside berths and 350 berths at floating booms. The entrance to the yacht harbour is 70.4m wide, depths in the harbour to of 2.5m to 8.0m. Minor repairs can be carried out at slipways with a 35t travel lift.

Antibes (Port Vauban) is situated on the SE coast of France, approx 10nm SW of Nice.

Draught 7.0m. Tankers to 3,000t.

Vessels can anchor E or NE of the harbour entrance, the bottom is fine sand is a poor holding ground and are advised to anchor in Golfe Juan. Vessels can also anchor in depths of 10.0-20.0m, E of the town.

Directions: Approach Port d'Antibes from NE and pass within 0.05nm of the head of Digue du Large, and then into harbour.
