While at berth or anchorage, use of any equipment for repair work that may produce sparks or fire is strictly prohibited without the express permission of the Harbour Master. The lowering of lifeboats into the water is prohibited unless an application has been made in writing to the Harbour Master and permission given, or, in an emergency.
