Zhangshu (CNZHN)

The main cargoes handled by the port are crude oil, gas, grain, industrial salt and quarry construction materials. The port's annual cargo throughput is expected to reach 1,500,000t in 2020. There are plans to upgrade the port and its existing berth facilities. Wharf No 4 is to be developed into a 1,000t bulk liquid wharf, and a berth for LNG will be constructed at Hehuguang.

Zhangshu is located in the middle and lower reaches of Ganjiang River, approximately 97km from Nanchang, in Jiangxi Province.

The annual average water level is 23.14m, the highest water level is 32.45m and the lowest is 19.54m.
