Widuri Marine Terminal is located off the SE coast of Sumatera, in the W part of the Java Sea.

Offshore: LOA 183.0m and 44,995DWT.

Is situated 1 mile SE of the terminal.

The terminal is approached from the SE by an unmarked channel which leads to an anchorage area with depths of about 20.0m, situated 2nm SE of the storage tanker.

Radio: It is recommended to use Jakarta Radio for passing messages at long range, callsign "PKX". Working hours are 0001-0400hrs UTC on 8542kHz and 0001-1200hrs UTC on 8752kHz. Inmarsat communication is possible. VHF: Terminal monitors Ch 16 and 13.

Immigration: All crew members must have a valid travel document. Customs and Immigration officials board a vessel as soon as possible after arrival to give inward clearance and pratique. Indonesian Government regulations are strictly enforced. Smuggling, illegal possession or landing of narcotics, liquor, cigarettes, ammunition, sheath knives, similar weapons or other contraband is subject to severe penalty and may delay the vessel concerned.

Vessels should send ETA's 72, 36 and 24 hours prior to arrival.

Restricted areas, surrounding the oilfields, have been established. Numerous structures, some marked by lights, other unlit objects and submerged obstructions, sometimes marked by buoys, exist in these areas. Within these areas, unauthorised navigation is prohibited within 500m of all such structures, submerged pipelines, and storage tankers which can swing about their moorings. Caution: A vessel entering a restricted area may be challenged by Indonesian air and sea patrols which operate in this part of the Java Sea. Vessels using the loading terminals or nominated anchorages should fly the Indonesian flag by day throughout the vessel's stay in the area.

Free pratique is granted on arrival. Ship Sanitation Control Certificate (SSCC) and Ship Sanitation Control Exemption Certificate (SSCEC) can be renewed at the major ports.
