Inebolu (TRINE)

The port offers a sheltered harbour; the inner harbour is protected by N and S breakwaters. The port handles general cargo, dry bulk, and liquid cargo.

Summer.

The port lies on the E side of Inebolu Burnu (41°59'N 033°46'E).

LOA 141m, beam 20m, draught 7.0m, 10,620DWT.

Anchoring may be obtained 3nm WNW of the harbour entrance. Anchorage permitted in following positions: ..... 1. 41°59.50'N 033°45.10'E 2. 41°59.15'N 033°45.10'E 3. 41°59.20'N 033°39.30'E 4. 42°00.15'N 033°39.30'E

Inebolu harbour consists of an outer and an inner harbour. The inner harbour is entered between the N and S breakwaters, marked by lights (N, concrete tower and S, white metal framework tower, 7.0m in height). The outer harbour is the sea area, including the outer anchorage, within the port limits outside the breakwaters.

Coastguard Boat No 26 stationed in port.

Compulsory for vessels for vessels over 300GT.

Port limits extend approx 0.5nm to seaward, 2nm W and 1.5nm E of Inebolu Light.

Kerempe Burnu Light (42°01'N 033°20'E).

Fog is frequent from Mar-May.
