No vessel, regardless of size, is permitted to enter the Equinor Tjeldbergodden harbour area, unless authorised by the terminal. Product tankers have first priority. When said vessels are manoeuvring in connection with arrival or departure, no other vessel movements are permitted inside the seaward safety zone until such vessel is either safely moored alongside the jetty or is unmoored and departed the safety zone. Gangways must be safe for traffic and continuously supervised. These are normally provided by the vessel, but the terminal may on request provide gangway facilities if space and availability allow. Purging and venting from vessel's tanks/system into the atmosphere is not permitted alongside the jetty.
