Communications should be sent via Scheveningen Radio, which operates throughout 24 hours, 7 days a week. Inmarsat communication is possible. VHF: Port: Ch 68. Harbour Master: Ch 12.
Customs and Immigration
The Customs allowances are 5 litres of spirits for the total crew and 200 cigarettes for each person. Immigration procedures are carried out by the agent.

Vessel's ETA should be sent 24 hours and 6 hours before arrival any changes are to be notified 2 hours prior to arrival. The message should include the following information: ..... 1. General notices & regulations
Effective from 01st September 2016, the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF) will require sea carriers calling at EU ports to file Container Status Messages (CSMs). Vessels experiencing technical communication problems should report the issue via e-mail to the Commission's help-service email: olaf-afis-it-help-desk@ec.europa.eu.
