Hellevoetsluis (NLHSL)

The port has the following 4 harbours: Heliushaven, Haaven, Koopvaardijhaven and Tramhaven. These provide facilities primarily for yachts and pleasure craft.

Hellevoetsluis is located on the SW side of Voorne Island and the Maas Estuary.

Tramhaven: Vessels up to 2,000DWT. Max draught 3.5m.

Hellevoetsluis is approached from the main channel which passes N of the island of Slijkpaat (51°48'N 004°09.0'E) into the Hellevoetsluis lens.

Radio: Communications should be sent via Scheveningen Radio, which operates throughout 24 hours, 7 days a week. Inmarsat communication is possible. VHF: Ch 74.

The customs allowances are 5 litres of spirits for the total crew and 200 cigarettes for each person. Immigration procedures are carried out by the agent.

Application for free pratique is not necessary. Ship Sanitation Control Certificate (SSCC) can be renewed.
