Vavouto (NCVAV)

The port is owned and operated by Koniambo Nickel. The port handles dry bulk cargoes, containers and liquid cargo.

Vavouto Port is located on Vavouto Point, on the W coast of New Caledonia.

LOA 228m, beam 40m, draught 11.5m.

There is a 4.2km long by 150m wide access channel leading from the NW to a turning basin of 1,000m by 500m off the berth, the channel and berth is dredged to a depth of 12m CD.
