Sal Island (CVSID)

The port has a primary breakwater that is 900 meters long and 170 meters wide, with an average depth of 8.5 meters. It also handles roro vessels, general cargoes berth and a 2.5-hectare embankment area lined with concrete blocks. The port also caters tankers and containers.
