The terminal is operated by CNOOC and consists of the following: FPSO 'Hai Yang Shi You 111' (BXDG): 20°51.1'N 114°42.5'E. Panyu 4-2 Platform: 20°50.9'N 114°36.9'E. Panyu 5-1 Platform: 20°51.2'N 114°47.2'E.
