πŸ“‹ Port Overview

βœ— ISPSβœ— ECA
The port covers areas on the N bank and S bank of Lishui River. Jinshi covers operational areas, Liugongqiao (salt area), Qijiaxiang, Wangjiaqiao and Yaopodu along the 21km shoreline with a land area of 131,000mІ. There are 26 cargo areas which can accept inland waterway vessels up to 700DWT and one passenger wharf which can accept two passenger vessels of 300DWT at the same time. There are also three non-production wharves. The main cargoes handled in these areas along the shoreline are salt, ore material, textile products and agricultural and side-line products. A recently developed quay opened in 2019 under the first phase of the five year port development plan. The new quay integrates bulk cargo, containers, port logistics and services, and bonded logistics. The second phase of the development plan will look to build four further berths, provide customers with high-quality and efficient services and open container liner routes. The third phase will promote the multimodal strategic plan of the port and integrate the 'water, rail and public' transportation. Following the implementation of the fiver year plan, the port plans to achieve an annual throughput of 6,000TEUs, 5 million tonnes of cargo and a port-industry-city linkage development pattern.
