Jingdezhen (CNJDZ)

The area is an important base for porcelain production which is exported by the port. The port handles mainly containers, hazardous cargo, quarry construction materials and passengers. The maximum annual capacity of the port is 910,000t and 90,000 passengers.

Jingdezhen is situated in the upper reaches of the Changjiang (Yangtze) River, in the NE of Jiangxi Province.

Approx 23,000t of cargo handled annually.

The Changjiang (Yangtze) River and Le'an River meet at Yaogongdu, Poyang County and merge to form Raohe River, which is one of Jiangxi's five major water systems. From the port and along Changjiang River and Raohe River, Poyang Lake can be reached. The ports of Nanchang, Zhangshu and Ganzhou can be reached upstream. Downstream, the ports of Douchang, Xingzi can be reached and Changjiang River can be entered via port of Hukou.
