The tanker's agent will ensure that the appropriate questionnaire is placed on the tanker before leaving the last port of call prior to arriving at Withnell Bay. (2) The tanker's agent is to forward the information to Woodside Shipping Office and Port Operations for distribution. (3) The tanker's agents are to request the tanker to send the 24h ETA and any changes of more than 1h, within 24h of arrival to Woodside Port Operations directly, in addition to the agent. (4) On departure from the last port of call (in any event no less than 5 days prior to arrival) tankers must answer the Withnell Bay questionnaire supplied by the agent. (5) 7 days prior to arrival tankers must advise ETA and arrival draught at Dampier. (6) 3 days prior to arrival tankers must advise ETA. (7) 2 days prior to arrival tankers must: (a) Advise ETA, arrival and departure draughts (b) Confirm all cargo systems operational. (8) Tankers must advise any changes of more than 6h after 7 day ETA. (9) 24h prior to arrival tankers must confirm ETA. (10) Tankers must report any changes of more than 1h on last 24h prior to arrival.
